Florida Civic Literacy Exam (FCLE) Study Guide

The following resources are designed to introduce students to the history, development, and ratification of the United States Constitution. Resources will provide information and insights into the constitutional structure of the American government examining Congress, the President, and the Federal Court System. In addition, constitutional concepts including the Supremacy Clause, Full Faith and Credit Clause, the Amendment process, and the Bill of Rights are also available below.
