eBooks @ the EFSC Libraries

Searching for IGI Global collection of eBooks

Steps to follow to locate STEM (Science - Technology - Engineering - Math) titles                     published by international publisher, IGI Global:

First, go to the Library Catalog & Discovery Search 

Second, click on the Advanced Search button without typing any words into the main search box.

Third, Choose the group of records (or scope) Library Catalog and change the Material Type dropdown list to 'Books' 

Third, type in the keyword "IGI Global" in the first search box, using quotation marks around the two words. (Using quotes is called phrase searching, which helps limit search results to only those two words, in that order.)

 

Click, "Search" and the results will include IGI Global STEM and Social Science eBooks 

Tweak Your Results, using the limiters on the left-hand side to by Subject

After you click on the "Available as eBook" limiter, the software will automatically sort out the eBooks from all the other formats, and will show you the IGI eBooks in the right-hand column.  

Then you'll be able to scroll down through those titles and find one whose title you want to click on and read or you can

use the other limiters on the left, to narrow these results down even more.
