Tips for using Feature Films for Education

Suggestion 1: Suggest clearing cache and cookies and using incognito window (available in all browsers). 

Clear Cookies & Site data

Chrome: Settings>Advanced>Privacy & Security>Site Settings>Cookies & Site data > Toggle on “Clear Cookies & Site Data when you quit Chrome”

Firefox: Options>Privacy & Security> Cookies & Site Data>Check box “Delete cookies & site data when Firefox is closed”

MS Edge: Settings>Privacy & Security>Clear browsing data>Check boxes for browsing history, cookies, saved website data, etc.& toggle on “Always clear this when I close browser”

Private Browsing

Chrome: “new incognito window” (Ctrl + Shift + N)

Firefox: “New Private Window” (Ctrl + Shift + P)

MS Edge: “New InPrivate Window” (Ctrl + Shift + P)

Suggestion 2: Suggest opening a separate, brand new, browser and within that browser, use an incognito/private session just for logging in and searching & using content within Feature Films for Education. Then, once you are done for that time period, close both incognito/private browser and the initial browser that you used to open the incognito/private window.”

Private Browsing
