The Eastern Florida State College Titusville Library is located in the Frank Elbert Williams Learning Resource Center building (Building #5) on the Titusville Campus. It houses over 20,000 books, videos, and journals supporting the research and information needs of students, faculty, and the community. Strengths of the Titusville collection lie in the subject areas of art, business, health, literature, psychology and social issues.  

In addition to print and video materials, the Library provides twenty computers with access to full-text research databases via the Internet. The computers are for use by anyone with a EFSC Library card and also include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software. The Titusville Library has two Conference Rooms for student and class use, each with its own TV and VCR/DVD setups for viewing.
